System Function: Download and print out your billing statement (tuition, credit hour fees & miscellaneous fees), check your payment status, print out your receipt of payment.

If you would like to print payment receipts of previous semesters, please click on any of the semester links above. After you log in to the system, click on "print the proof of payment" and then choose "please click here to print payment receipts of other semesters" to print the receipts.

凡須申請就學貸款、減免學雜費矷A務請於註冊前參閱學務處生輔組就學貸款(http://info2.ntu.edu.tw/loan/)、減免學雜費網頁http://info2.ntu.edu.tw/discount/)資訊後,再依申請流程辦理,或洽生輔組詢問(tel33662048~33662052)。

凡選修教育學程、聽講實習、生技學程課程秅徆リh班延長修業年限同學須另行繳納【第二階段】學分費,請在加退選確定後(請參閱本校行事曆所訂繳費時間),自行上網列印繳費單繳納。
For students who are taking the courses of the Teacher's Education program and Biotechnology program, language practicum courses, and undergraduates extending their terms of study, they will have to pay for their credit hour fees of [the 2nd stage]. Please print out your billing statement 1 month after the adding/dropping period (please refer to the NTU Calendar) and make the payment.

教育學程學生依教育學程修習辦法17~19條規定另行計費,網址 http://www.education.ntu.edu.tw;生技學程另收生物學程費;聽講實習另收聽講學分費。
For those in the Teacher's Education program, they will be charged additionally according to Article 17-19 of the guidelines for Teacher’s Education program at http://www.education.ntu.edu.tw; those in the Biotechnology program will be charged additionally for the credit hour fees; those in the language practicum courses will be charged for the credit hour fees in oral-aural trainings; those who would like to take evening courses will need to apply to Division of Continuing Education and Professional Development according to Students’ Night Time Study and Day Time Study Program Guidelines.

學士班延長修業年限同學請依下列方式繳費:

 

【第一階段】

於開學前,先繳交雜費、平安保險費、電腦及網路通訊使用費等費用,未繳費視同未註冊。

【第二階段】

於加退選後,依修習學分數(不含教育學分,但包含停修課程學分)決定應繳學分費或全額學費。
九學分(含九學分)以下,按該生所屬院別學分費標準,收取學分費。
十學分(含十學分)以上,按該生所屬院別學雜費標準,收取全額學費。

 

Tuition payment guidelines for undergraduate students extending their study term

 

First Stage Before the 1st day of the academic year, miscellaneous fees, student insurance fees, computer and internet usage fees will be generated. Students who fail to make the payments will be considered unregistered.
Second Stage During the month after the adding/dropping period, the billing statement, whether credit hour fees or full tuition & miscellaneous fees, will be generated depending on the credit hours you are taking (excluding Teacher’s Education course credit hours).
For students with nine or fewer credit hours, students will be charged with credit hour fees. The billing statements will be generated according to the credit-hour fee payment standards of their own departments or colleges.
For students with ten or more credit hours, students will be charged with full-amount tuition fees. The billing statements will be generated according to the payment standard for the tuition and miscellaneous fee of their own departments or colleges.

依據「國立臺灣大學學則」有關學雜費相關規定摘錄如下:

 

第十一條

新生及轉學生入學第一學期須親自到校辦理註冊手續
未依前項規定如期辦理註冊手續矷A新生除已照章請准保留入學資格或延緩註冊外,應予除名;轉學生除已照章請准延緩註冊外,應予除名。
學生自入學第二學期,除已辦理休學、應退學或已符合畢業資格穸~,每學期均應於本校行事曆規定之上課開始日之前繳交各項應繳費用,繳交學雜費即視同完成註冊,其他未繳之應繳費用,應依各相關規定辦理。逾期未繳學雜費,除已請准延緩註冊穸~,視同未註冊,應令退學
經本校核准出國之交換學生(含延畢生),於出國交換期間須繳交本校全額學雜費及交換學生計畫費。
訪問學生(含延
畢生)於出國訪問期間,依本校「訪問學生計畫實施辦法」所訂之標準繳交本校學雜費及訪問學生計畫費。
如有特殊情況矷A其應繳學雜費之標準,得專案簽請教務長核定。

第十一條之一

學生因故無法依前條規定期限繳費、註冊矷A得經網路申請延緩註冊,至多以一星期為限。但情況特殊經專案請准延緩註冊矷A不在此限。
新生及轉學生入學第一學期已請准延緩註冊但逾前項已請准之延緩期限仍未辦理註冊手續矷A即予除名。
學生自入學第二學期,已請准延緩註冊但逾第一項已請准之延緩期限仍未繳費矷A應令退學。

第十二條

已完成註冊手續之學生,若有依規定應向學校繳納之學(分)費等尚未繳清矷A次學期不得註冊;若為應屆畢業生,應於離校前繳清學(分)費等欠費。
