| 【First Round】 Before
the start of the academic year, student insurance fees, computer
andinternet usage |

and a half months after the add/drop period. The number of credits
you are taking |
| (including evening course credits, but excluding
teacher’s education course credits) will determine whether |
| you should pay the tuition and fees or credit
point fees. If you are taking nine credits or less, you have to |
| pay credit point fees as set by each individual
department. If you are taking ten credits or more, you have to |
| pay tuition and fees in full. |
