Affairs Section at the Division of Continuing Education.
4If you are applying for a student loan, please check the student loan web page on Personal Counseling
Section’s website to learn how to apply for student loans before registration.
4If you are taking teacher’s education courses, language practicum courses, biotechnology courses, or are
staying for an extended period of study, your credit fee bills will be sent 1.5 months after the add/drop
period. Students who fail to clear their due credit fees cannot register for the next semester.

First Round Before the start of the academic year, student insurance fees, computer andinternet usage
fees will be collected, otherwise students will not be able to register.
Second RoundOne and a half months after the add/drop period. The number of credits you are taking
(including evening course credits, but excluding teacher’s education course credits) will determine whether
you should pay the tuition and fees or credit point fees. If you are taking nine credits or less, you have to
pay credit point fees as set by each individual department. If you are taking ten credits or more, you have to
pay tuition and fees in full.
(Collection of credit fees for teacher’s education courses is governed by the Teacher’s Education Policy

biotechnology courses should pay lab material fees; students taking language practicum courses should pay
language lab fees and students taking evening courses should pay credit fees to the Division of Continuing
Education and Professional Development in accordance with the Evening Courses Policy.)
